Ross Cattle has been involved in property for over 19 years. During this time he has set the benchmark for his peers and has won prestigious State and National Awards for marketing and sales. Ross’s career span has included various roles, sales consultant, development and acquisitions manager for a large Queensland development organisation and most recently Licensed Auctioneer and Principal for Sunshine Coast’s leading real estate agency, Harcourts Mooloolaba. In the past 7 years Ross has been involved in the sale of over 100 million dollars worth of residential and commercial property.
Ross is a continual leader in auction sales and it doesn’t take long to realize the passion Ross has for auctions once you get talking to him. He is regularly invited as a guest speaker for Real Estate Organisations such as Harcourts Queensland and PRD Canberra, where he shares his expertise in the processes involved in creating successful auction campaigns that result in the achievement of higher than current market prices.
In 2006 Ross decided to open his own real estate office. He sourced his team well and succeeded in attracting a sales and property management team who share the same passion and drive as he does.
